1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website sterlingore.com (“the Site”) or engaging with Sterling Ore Solutions (“Sterling Ore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for commodity brokerage, trading, or mining services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients, including institutional investors, commodity traders, mining operators, and logistics partners.
2. Services Description
Sterling Ore Solutions provides the following services (collectively, “Services”):
- Institutional commodity brokerage for gold, copper, and base metals.
- Strategic sourcing and procurement of LME-grade metals from African mining operations.
- Mining logistics, supply chain management, and export facilitation.
- Market intelligence, pricing analysis, and trading desk advisory.
- Refining and processing coordination through accredited partner facilities.
All commodity transactions are subject to separate contractual agreements, including specifications, pricing, delivery terms, and quality assurances, which take precedence over these general Terms.
3. Eligibility and Client Onboarding
Our Services are intended for institutional and professional clients. By engaging our Services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- If representing an entity, you are duly authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
- You will provide accurate, complete, and current information during our client onboarding and due diligence process.
- You comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and trade sanctions in your jurisdiction.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, market analysis, and proprietary data compilations, is the property of Sterling Ore Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The Sterling Ore Solutions name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Sterling Ore Solutions.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Site content without our express written permission. Market reports and analysis may be shared internally within your organization but not published or redistributed externally.
5. Website Use and Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
For commodity transactions, the governing law and dispute resolution mechanism specified in the applicable transaction agreement shall take precedence over this general provision.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or direct notification to active clients. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
